賑やかなロンドンの中心部に位置するYauatcha Sohoは終日営業の飲茶ティーハウスで、本格的な現代の飲茶のほか、ヨーロッパのお菓子、種類豊富なお茶、ワイン、カクテルを提供しています。 店舗は古い中国の茶屋をモダンにアレンジしたデザインで、照明と座席からは香港にある伝統的な飲茶レストランのような活気が感じられます。 レストランでは、現代的な広東料理のほか、Yauatchaの代表的なホタテの焼売や鹿肉のパイなど種類豊富な点心（蒸し、焼き、網焼き、揚げ）を楽しめます。 2名用のメニューTaste of Yauatchaを28.88ポンド（GBP）の料金で、月曜～木曜の14:00～18:00に提供しています。

                          かなりガヤガヤしているので、ゆっくり落ち着いて食事をしたい人には不向きですが、頼んだお食事はどれも美味しかったです。あと、金曜日の夜に行ったのですが、2時間制でした。予約は必須です。

                          ロンドンに行ってまで中華は…と思いましたが、店員さんのオススメがどれも美味しくて、ロンドンに行く際には行きたいレストランのひとつになりました。 行ってみる価値は充分にあるかと思います。
