As the first expansion of renowned Zov's Bistro & Bakery in Tustin, Zov's Newport Coast carries on the tradition of serving Eastern Mediterranean inspired cuisine and craft cocktails in an upscale, yet casual cafe atmosphere--complete with al fresco patio dining.

    We had early reservations for dinner. We were the first customers of the evening. We were warmly welcomed and our server, Desiree, did an excellent job taking care of us. All four of us enjoyed our dinners—a pasta dish, the meatloaf dinner, and the chicken special of the day. We all agreed we’d return to this restaurant again.

    The salmon salad was nice. Other guests had the kebob and liked it. The atmosphere in the restaurant needs something... it feels stark and doesn't really match what you would expect. More warmth is needed. Service was fair but nothing over the top. The person singing live music was good... not too loud. It still kills me to eat out and get a salmon salad with a glass of house chardonnay and pay right at $50.00 with tax and tip. I guess what I am saying is if we pay these prices I expect the atmosphere to be more updated and interesting.

    We often eat at Zov's as they consistently provide great food, great service in a fine atmosphere. Our group ate meatloaf, steak tacos, salmon and a cheeseburger, and everyone was happy. The roasted bacon Brussels sprouts are to die for!

    Zov’s is always a favorite for our family. Short rib pasta, Brussels sprouts, salads, lentil soup, lamb burger and fries. Hummus. All really delicious. We enjoy the patio. They have heaters. Live music on the weekends. Service is great, attentive and personalized.
